Your Commitment is Needed
This is a 1-year program that meets in 16 weekly sessions, followed by 8 monthly session.
Participants work with a small supportive group, led by a trained coach. The focus is learn about eating healthier and increasing physical activity. The goal of the program is for each participant to reduce his/her body weight by 7% and increase his/her physical activity to 150 minutes per week.
